Academy win at Langholm in development friendly.

Congratulations to Carlisle Academy, winning at Langholm with a side featuring some of our very best young talent.

Skipper Anthony Wilson involved everyone in a keenly contested game, with Langholm posting 170.

Everyone bowled at least four overs, with success for most of our young players, with wicket keeping duties shared between Ant and Alice.

In response, Luke Morris and Stanley put together an impressive opening partnership, before contributions down the order secured victory with just overs to spare.

Fantastic to build ties with a superb club in Scotland and for both teams to give chances to the next generation.
