More silverware for Carlisle CC trophy cabinet.
First team skipper, Marc Brown and now departed Aussie paceman, Alex Calmy both picked up awards at the Annual general Meeting of all North Lancs clubs this weekend.
Marc won the F Pickthall Trophy for most runs scored by an amateur in Division One, while Alex secured the A.E. Rushton Cup as the leading amateur wicket taker in Division One.
Alex also won the overall award for highest wicket taker in Division One as Carlisle pipped Lindal Moor to the championship, and promotion back to the Premier League.
Club secretary, Mark Davidson was also formally presented with the Division One trophy which will be proudly displayed at Edenside as a reminder of last season’s tremendous success.
Congratulations to everyone again on a marvellous season.
